Dilhani Silva

Group Practice Manager

I joined Orthoclinic as Practice Manager in February 2011 and brought with me several years of Practice Management experience. As a former dental nurse I understand the practice from top to bottom. Now I am involved in all areas of practice administration which includes health and safely, clinical governance, human resource management and marketing. I love being involved in patient care and helping keep patients healthy and happy. The best part of my job is seeing how orthodontics can improve a person’s self-esteem and boost their confidence.

Away from the practice, I enjoy travelling, reading and spending time with my friends and family.

Mariyana Koycheva

Receptionist

I qualified as a dental nurse in 2010. Took my radiography qualification in 2011. I had the pleasure of working with some of the best specialists in either implantology and cosmetic dentistry at Harley Street. This gave me lots of knowledge and experience in all fields of dentistry, radiography and digital scanning.

After almost 10 years as a dental nurse I decided it is time for a change and a new challenge. This is how I joined Orthoclinic as a receptionist. I have gained extensive experience and training in practice administration together with clinical governance, health and safety, and practice marketing.

I won’t change for the world the pleasure of seeing the beautiful smiles of happiness and appreciation of our patients. No matter the age, dentistry and especially orthodontics can give so much confidence to an individual and change their life to an unexpected level only in a positive way.
