COVID Guidance
It’s fair to say, that we have all been affected in some way by the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. From being in ‘lockdown’ to social distancing and adapting to an altered way of life, it’s been a challenging time for us all.
We are delighted, however, that we are open for face-to-face care and looking forward to creating more picture-perfect smiles for our patients!
We understand that you may still be a little nervous about going out. The truth is we have placed many robust safety measures at our practices to ensure your safety. It might feel more ‘clinical’ than you remember but we are still maintaining the high level of hospitality and service we are reputed for.
Our Orthodontists, Therapists, Nurses and Customer Service Advisors will be wearing safety clothing, masks and visors in line with the current governmental guidelines. Remember that behind the masks and gear, we are still the same friendly faces!
When you arrive, we will ask you to use hand sanitiser, wear a face mask and request that you to adhere to our practice safety protocols.
